Job description

We are seeking an experienced CMDB Configuration Manager to support a large-scale enterprise environment at one of the most complex and fast-growing organizations in the country.
This role is critical in driving CMDB data quality, asset lifecycle management, and configuration governance across a large IT ecosystem.
This role will be hybrid - 2 days at DIA (Denver International Airport)
What You'll Do

  • Own and improve CMDB data health (completeness, correctness, compliance)
  • Manage asset & configuration item (CI) lifecycle from intake through retirement
  • Oversee ServiceNow integrations, ETL processes, and reconciliation rules
  • Ensure alignment with CSDM framework and service mapping
  • Partner with Asset Management, Procurement, and IT Operations teams
  • Lead audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
  • Experience with:
    • CMDB Health, Data Manager, Attestation
    • Integration Hub & data integrations
    • CI relationships and asset alignment
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 (Configuration & Asset Management)
  • Experience working in large-scale environments (10k+ assets preferred)
Nice to Have
  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS - HAM, Discovery)
  • Experience with CSDM implementations
  • Reporting tools (Power BI, Performance Analytics)
Location
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Denver International Airport
Contract
  • 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
  • 40 hours/week
