ryThe PLM and Change Configuration Manager is responsible for owning and maintaining accurate product configuration across the full product lifecycle within the PLM and ERP systems. This role ensures that suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams always have access to the most current product design, manufacturing, and documentation data needed to quote, build, and deliver products that adhere to specification

Beyond day-to-day maintenance, this role is expected to identify gaps in existing configuration management processes and lead efforts to improve them. The PLM and Change Configuration Manager will propose, document, and drive adoption of better practices across the organization, working closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance. This is a highly cross-functional position that participates in key data governan

  • ems.Ensure BOM accuracy and consistency across PLM and ERP, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact supply chain or manufactur
  • ing.Define and track configuration management KPIs such as BOM accuracy rate, change cycle time, and release compliance — and report these to leadership on a regular cade
  • nce.Lead the Change Control Board (CCB). As part of the CCB process facilitate structured review of all Engineering Change Orders for completeness, risk and cross-functional imp
  • act.Work with CCB team to analyze ECOs for downstream effects on product, process, material, customer commitments, regulatory status, and cost — ensuring disposition and effectivity instructions are clear and compl
