Job description

The Role:
We need an IT Support Manager who thinks like an operator and works like a technologist. You'll own support for all external-facing club systems — most importantly Northstar (our ERP across 38 clubs), Enterfusion POS, and the integrations that connect them. You'll be the face of IT for our General Managers and operations teams, and the bridge between club realities and our enterprise data architecture. This role is hybrid friendly.
Compensation:
$90,000 – $120,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits + travel reimbursement + club access privileges. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role in a growing company.
What You'll Do:
  • Own IT support for 38+ Northstar club instances — the ERP that runs our entire operation.
  • Support Enterfusion POS systems: hardware, software, integrations, and configuration.
  • Be the technical connector between club operations and our enterprise tools (Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, HotSchedules, Craftable, MaintainX, DocuSign).
  • Manage club technology onboarding as we continue to grow our portfolio.
  • Build relationships with GMs and club leadership — proactively solving problems before they impact members.
  • Travel to club properties (~25%) to provide hands-on support, training, and system rollouts.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years in IT support with multi-site or hospitality environment experience.
  • ERP or POS platform support experience — Northstar knowledge is a major differentiator.
  • Comfortable with integration concepts: FTP/SFTP transfers, SaaS ecosystems, and API environments.
  • A natural relationship builder who communicates well with non-technical people.
  • Willing and able to travel ~25% across our club portfolio.

About Concert Golf Partners:
Concert Golf Partners owns and operates 40+ prestigious private golf clubs across the United States. Our clubs rely on technology every single day — from member check-in and tee-time management to F&B, labor scheduling, and facilities. We're building the IT team to match our ambitions, and that starts with getting the club-level technology right.
If you have ERP/POS support expertise and love working in a fast-moving, hospitality-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
