A seasonal, part-time Concert Security Representative role in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle.  This role will provide direct support for our concerts and will primarily be out on the concert field in the middle of all the music and action.

This is a seasonal, part-time hourly role.  This seasonal opportunity generally runs from May through September, depending on business needs.  This role requires availability in the evenings and on weekends to support our Summer Concert Series.

Concert Security Representative job responsibilities include:

  • Be friendly and courteous while interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a polite and professional manner.
  • Aid with all guests prior to entering and leaving events.
  • Responsible for incident reporting and the consistent enforcement of organizational policies.
  • Partner with Live Nation to assure a safe environment for all guests.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • MAST 12 Class Permit required.
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Safety and security experience with First Aid/CPR/AED training is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Ability to work independently and productively.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

      Your Compensation:  

      $17.22 - $23.36 per hour based upon relevant experience.
