Job Summary
The Division of Continuing Education seeks and employs adjunct faculty throughout the year for instructional roles in Bowie, Champions Circle, Corinth, Denton, Flower Mound, Gainesville, and Graham. Additional instructional activity is possible supporting Grant Funded business training initiatives throughout Denton and Cooke Counties.
We are currently seeking experienced computer technology instructors for any of our offered programs as well as any newly proposed, innovative courses!
Applicants must have experience in one of the following areas - office applications; software applications; cloud computing; network administration; operating systems; web design; computer programming; cyber technology; and/or hardware installation.
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Classes may be on-campus, online, or hybrid.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Treats students and colleagues with respect.
• Active involvement in issues of institutional effectiveness including student learning outcomes, program level outcomes, and marketable skill achievement.
• Focuses teaching and outreach efforts on student success.
Required Education
Bachelor or an Associate degree with three years of documented experience. (Please attach copy of diploma and unofficial transcript of college courses if applicable)
Required Skills & Abilities
Flexible, strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to operate computers and other relevant technology, such as digital signatures.
Must be familiar with most Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
Have current knowledge of the relevant course offering.
Ability to deliver course outcomes and content through a variety of teaching/learning styles.
