Job description

ITnova is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst I to support mission-critical aviation maintenance operations through the management, troubleshooting, and sustainment of maintenance information systems. This position is responsible for supporting OOMA and related maintenance and readiness reporting platforms, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, user access, and reliable information support for maintenance teams. The ideal candidate has experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining system documentation, and assisting users with technology solutions in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Supports maintenance information systems, including OOMA and related maintenance and readiness reporting platforms.
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues that affect maintenance operations and documentation.
  • Ensures system functionality, user access, data integrity, and continuity of maintenance information support.
  • Assists personnel with system usage, troubleshooting, and basic user support and training. 
  • Maintains system documentation, configurations, and coordination records for maintenance-related information systems. 
  • Coordinates with organizational or enterprise IT support for system updates, cybersecurity compliance, and issue resolution, as required.
  • Supports data extraction, reporting, and system-based metrics used for maintenance status and readiness tracking. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in information systems, help desk, systems administration, or related IT support roles. 
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems such as OOMA or comparable logistics and maintenance applications is preferred. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills are required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate; additional IT training or certifications are a plus. 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). 
  • Must be able to meet any Government and company access, security, and system-use requirements for the position.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to work in office, hangar, and maintenance support environments.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform prolonged computer work, as required.
  • Must be able to lift and handle publications, binders, and files up to 25 pounds.
  • Travel may be required.
