Job description

Mount Indie is seeking a candidate to serve as a Senior Computer Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience and SAFe, Kanban, Agile, SCRUM Master experience, and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Solution Training Engineer (STE) certifications for our expanding workforce at Point Mugu Naval Base in Camarillo, CA. Responsibilities * Serves as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities (Integrated Product Team (IPT) members, Software Support Activities (SSA), Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, and Program Management Air (PMA) members) * Serves as Scrum Master and as a coach, guide, mentor, and instructor who ensures the team understands the Scrum framework, its values, and its practices * Provides SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and Solution Training Engineer (STE) courses of instruction to contractor employees and government civilians * Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems * Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities workflow, and scheduling limitations * May analyze or recommend commercially available software * Reviews program plans for specific weapons systems, sub-systems, and equipment or information technology systems * Prepares technical data for inclusion in integrated logistics support plans * Working at the customer's site with government personnel to ensure program success Qualifications Over 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer and organizational level communications, both formal and informal * Ability to work independently; self-starter * Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint * Scrum Master certification * SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification * Solution Training Engineer (STE) certification Desired Experience * Knowledge of software development, test, and integration is a plus.
EDUCATION Degree: MA or MS degree in a computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: An additional 4 years of relevant work experience, with a bachelor's degree (4+10=14), may be substituted for a master's degree. CLEARANCE Condition of Employment: Condition of employment - must have and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
