Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst
Duties: Build and maintain product requirements for life cycle management as well as create and maintain prioritized user stories backlog in partnership with product owner and business teams; Drive business requirements, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations; Bring product capabilities to life by translating concepts and ideas to software features; Continuously advance team and stakeholder adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); Work closely in a client-facing role with a cross-functional team of DTI platform and product stakeholders; Influence the customer product experience by translating data into insights and business value; Work with Data Engineers in automating and building integrations for seamless data flow to Anaplan, Tableau, and other reporting platforms; and Handle end-to-end requirements for development work, and management of backlog including tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field & 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an Information Systems-related occupation. Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:
Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) including Agile Scrum and SAFe environments with cross-functional teams;
Software development lifecycles and Agile product delivery;
Coverage and pricing intelligence in the biopharma, pharmaceutical, and healthcare domain;
Developing advanced dashboards and reports using tools including Tableau and Power BI;
System development life cycle (SDLC), including Requirements gathering, Functional specification development, Testing (UAT, regression),and Deployment and hyper care;
DevOps, CI/CD & Agile Tooling including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices: JIRA, GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, and Bitbucket;
Management of Agile ceremonies and story backlogs for multiple products;
Creating and executing test Plans, test Cases, test Scripts, and Requirements traceability Matrices (RTM);
Quality Assurance tools including Zephyr;
Design and execution of data pipelines and analytical models using Databricks, and ETL frameworks;
End-to-end involvement in data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control;
Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint for Program tracking, Reporting, Change request lifecycle, and Stakeholder presentations;
Analyzing, customizing, and maintaining models in Anaplan to support enterprise performance management, scenario planning, and budgeting processes;
Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation;
Data wrangling libraries, machine learning techniques, and Jupyter notebooks; and
Modern cloud-based data technologies, including AWS S3, AWS EC2, and AWS Redshift.
