Job Summary:

They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Computer Technician primarily responsible for inspecting incoming computer equipment to determine whether units should be recycled or refurbished for resale, and providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming computer hardware.
• Evaluate condition and functionality to determine recycling or refurbishment.
• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on refurbishable units.
• Document inspection results and maintain inventory records.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding refurbished computers.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Some duties involve retrieving equipment from a heated work shed.
