Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer User Support Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and resolve end-user requests or escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
  2. Deliver end-user training, develop training materials, and assist users with system functionality and best practices.
  3. Document issues, resolutions, and user feedback while maintaining accurate support records and knowledge documentation.
  4. Collaborate with business and technical teams to support application rollouts, user adoption, and continuous operational improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience in application support, end-user training, technical troubleshooting, help desk operations, and customer support.
