IST Management is seeking an Entry Level - Marketing Specialist-Sales/Operations Support to join the Corporate Marketing Team located in East Atlanta, GA!

The Entry Level - Marketing Specialist- Sales/Operations Support will work within the business development side of IST's marketing team to support national sales and operations teams through the execution of specific assignments related to areas such as sales document creation, site operational branding, and general marketing collateral development. The person who will best fit our team will be detail-oriented, use their time efficiently, and are proficient using Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Suite.

Schedule: While this role will generally fall within regular business hours Monday - Friday, flexibility in daily work schedules may be necessary due to departmental workload requirements and other responsibilities.

*Flexibility includes ability to work remotely and from our office location in Atlanta. Once fully trained, position has potential to WFH up to 25% of time (max of 2 days per week, dependent upon workload/schedule).

  • Generate client-facing documents using templates and custom-designed layouts

  • Develop content for use in varied media (web, video, blogs, business development)

  • Import copy and graphics into design templates; Format copy and graphics into design templates; Proofread final copy
  • Interaction with internal Managers, Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents on a consistent basis
  • Participate in the development of new marketing initiatives
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide highest level of customer satisfaction to internal customers
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe Creative suite
  • Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
