Job description

Location: Baltimore, MD Area
Seeking a "Technical" Recruiter who is willing to take on an administrative heavy position, preferably with baseline recruiter experience. Candidate must also hold a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
This is a mostly remote position. Candidates must be remotely available in the Baltimore/Annapolis, MD or Washington, D.C. /Virginia areas, with reliable internet service.
Candidates must also have reliable transportation and be willing to attend in-person recruiting events approximately, but not limited too, 25-35% of the year. In-person recruiting events are typically in the evening and/or on the weekends at our local Maryland colleges and universities but can include other event types throughout the states of MD, VA, and the District of Columbia.
The core work, outside of recruiting events, may be performed at an approved remote work location in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia state only. This position may NOT be performed outside of these locations except with the prior written authorization of the Company
This is a very administrative heavy job, where you are not just searching for prospects to recruit, but a job where you are constantly updating status reports, excel sheets, applications, job listings, performing recruiting event prep (including packing/transporting swag to event), handling swag inventory, etc. in real time. Your duties then continue as you would handle any candidates who apply, managing their journey to the point of hire.
Applicants Must:
  • Must be US citizen who holds a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher
  • Must have at least 3 years experience working in an Office Administrator capacity, (Office Admin, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Receptionist)
  • Must be strong note-takers - highly detail oriented and enjoy working in excel.
  • Must be an extrovert - someone who enjoys talking on the phone and meeting new people
  • Must have proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
  • Must be an independent worker who can learn from observation
  • Must be able to thrive in a small team
  • Must be willing to provide their own internet service

Salary and other Compensation:
The hourly rate of pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.85
