Description:

Are you a seasoned electrical assembler with a passion for tackling complex builds and delivering high-precision work? Weโ€™re looking for a Panel Builder to take a lead role in building, wiring, and troubleshooting advanced electrical control panels that power our customers automated systems.


In this position, youโ€™ll be the go-to expert for complex assemblies, interpretation of detailed schematics, and mentoring less experienced team members. Youโ€™ll work with minimal direction, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build complex electrical control panels from start to finish using detailed schematics.
  • Wire and configure advanced components including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and safety circuits.
  • Ensure panels meet UL, NEC, and customer specifications.
  • Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of completed panels.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with engineering on design improvements and technical solutions.
