Job description

Rapidly expanding IT firm seeks PC Repair Technician in Atlanta GA

This is an inside bench repair position — you'll work at the bench all day diagnosing and repairing laptop computers (primarily K–12 classroom devices), handling both hardware and software issues, and turning broken machines back around for the schools that depend on them.

Volume is steady, the issues are varied, and the work is hands-on. If you enjoy break/fix troubleshooting and can keep a queue moving without losing quality, you'll thrive here.

Requirements:

  • Experience repairing laptop computers
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Able to lift 35–50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and insurance
  • Available 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime

Plus

  • Prior bench-repair, IT support, or computer build experience
  • A+ certification (or working toward one)
  • Familiarity with Chromebooks and Windows laptops in K–12 environments
  • Imaging, deployment, or asset-management tool experience
