A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitting Assembler This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Kitting Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 KITTING ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15.50/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime may be required KITTING ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Kitting Assembler will support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves sorting, inspecting, moving, and preparing materials while maintaining quality standards and accurate documentation.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates KITTING ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Move materials, assemblies, and products throughout the facility using light equipment and handcarts Sort and inspect materials to ensure quality compliance Read rulers and perform visual inspections accurately Maintain quality records and production documentation Follow SOPs and quality guidelines Support production and warehouse operations in a metrics-driven environment Perform routine assembly and kitting tasks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Assist with additional duties as assigned KITTING ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of continuous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related work Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills required Strong attention to detail and documentation practices Ability to work overtime as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments Take the Next Step!
