Job Title: Assembler / Senior Assembler
Location: Hudson, NH
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Contract Duration: 6–10 months, with potential extension
Work Schedule: 4/10 schedule

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

Pay Rate:

  • Assembler: $24.60/hour on W2
  • Senior Assembler: $31.35/hour on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable Assemblers and Senior Assemblers to perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of subassemblies and systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable following detailed work instructions and process sheets while using standard hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and disassemble subassemblies and systems according to specific instructions and process sheets.
  • Complete mechanical assemblies using various mechanical parts, standard tools, and special tools.
  • Perform minor repairs as needed while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Handle and maneuver small components requiring strong fine motor skills, including repeated knot tying and lacing.
  • Lift up to 30 pounds independently and assist with lifting up to 70 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and operate a pallet jack safely and comfortably.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least two years of high school or trade school education.
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and process sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with small parts.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of lifting, standing, and material handling.
