Job description

Production Floater – Manufacturing Assembler
Gardnerville, NV
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are hiring a Production Floater to support multiple areas of our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and staying active throughout the day. You will assist where production needs you most to keep workflow moving efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and sub-assemblies (closures, guides, valves) using hand and power tools
  • Build pump flanges, ball valves, and isolation couplings to support production flow
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality, fit, and finish
  • Assist with TIG welding support for valve production
  • Accurately enter completed parts into inventory systems using a tablet or computer
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow safety procedures and lean manufacturing practices

Qualifications

  • 2 years of recent manufacturing, production, or assembly experience required
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to move carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
