Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with internal teams including production, warehouse, and sales to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and a positive customer experience from start to finish.
