We're actively hiring for Assemblers at our Caterpillar Menominee facility. Join us for an on-site hiring event with immediate interview opportunities for this role. The event will be held on Tuesday, July 21st at our Caterpillar Menominee facility located at 5311 13th Street. The event will run from 9:30am - 11:30am and again from 3:30pm - 5:00pm, walk-ins are welcome!
About the Role:
As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building and assembling high-quality components in a team-driven manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Shifts Available:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am (19.60/hour)
  • 2nd Gap Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am ($19.60/hour)
  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:00am ($19.60/hour)
  • Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm ($21.67/hour)
  • Hourly pay rates do include off-shift premium

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as needed
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard processes
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively to meet production goals
