Parts Assembler
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm $20

Join our dynamic manufacturing team in Rockdale, IL, as a General Parts Assembler and play a vital role in producing high-quality gutters for our valued clients. Responsibilities
Assembling various parts for gutter machines.
Keeping accurate count of assemblies built.
Communicating with inventory team.
Using basic measuring tools and fixtures.
Quality control.
Keeping workspace organized and clean.
  • Qualifications
  • mechanically inclined.
    Ability to read standard measuring tools.
    Basic math skills.
    Hand tool experience.
    Communication skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment
  • Past machine shop experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
