Job Overview
VPT Components is seeking an experienced Assembly Aluminum Wire Bonder to support precision assembly operations within a growing electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing high-quality aluminum wire bonding on electronic and semiconductor components, ensuring all assemblies meet strict production, quality, and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform aluminum wire bonding on electronic and semiconductor components using manual or semi-automatic wire bonding equipment
  • Set up, operate, and adjust wire bonding machines as required
  • Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Inspect bonded assemblies using microscopes to verify bond integrity and accuracy
  • Identify defects, perform rework, and document corrective actions
  • Maintain cleanroom or controlled environment standards
  • Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
  • Accurately document production activities and inspection results
