We strive each day to better serve our customers and employees.Position Overview:The Millwright Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Millwrights and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of millwright performed at the assigned location.Responsibilities and Duties:Responsible for the supervision of a crew that works on the operation of large industrial equipment such as power generators, turbines, mining devices, assembly line machinery, and machinist tools.Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety ProgramActively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.Qualifications:Education and ExperienceMust have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience. Class B CDL is preferred, but not required.
