Director of Community Outreach

We're looking for a motivated Director of Community Outreach to lead outreach and business development efforts for our senior living community. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations while helping prospective residents and their families discover everything our community has to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other referral sources.

  • Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to increase occupancy.

  • Represent the community at networking events, community programs, and local organizations.

  • Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve occupancy goals.

  • Manage leads, referrals, and follow-up activity using CRM tools.

  • Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities to grow community awareness.

  • Deliver exceptional service to prospective residents, families, and professional partners.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, community outreach, sales, or marketing.

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospice, home health, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
