Job description

As the Community Investment Coordinator, you'll be a part of the team leading DRW's social impact initiatives. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support and drive seamless daily operations. Day to day, you'll work closely with both employees and nonprofit partners to inform and design initiatives that cultivate a culture of giving and volunteering across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Event Coordination:
  • Lead volunteer recruitment and event planning for internal volunteer opportunities, in collaboration with nonprofit partners
  • Develop and implement annual volunteer calendar, communications, and outreach plans
  • Co-manage Community Champions, providing guidance on training, program, and communications
  • Process employee-driven event sponsorship requests
  • Administer incentive program for new hires and relevant events
  • Assist in the design and execution of the firm's annual giving campaign and global volunteer month campaign
  • Cultivate a culture of giving and volunteering within the organization by championing and supporting strategic programs

Operations, Data Management, & Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate data entry of firm's philanthropic giving into our grants management database
  • Ensure the accuracy of grant agreements by reviewing, maintaining, and updating records. and managing documentation to support successful grant administration and reporting
  • Collaborate with Accounting to Process invoices and grants
  • Develop and update communications, resources, and content for intranet pages
  • Manage entry of all volunteer events into volunteer database
  • Design, order, and manage inventory of community investment materials and collateral
  • Collect and file acknowledgement letters
  • Support with scheduling external meetings as needed

Team Support:
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for managing some aspects of our partnerships with our non-profit and community-based partners
  • Support the team in the design and enhancement of the firm's global community investment program, by conducting research, analyzing community needs, identifying potential partnerships, and contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that align with the firm's mission and values

  • Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Work authorization in the United States without the need for sponsorship

The annual base salary for this position is $55,000. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
