Assistant Property Manager

Investment Property Services (IPS) is a rapidly growing, regional firm headquartered in Newport, DE, with an exciting entry-level opportunity in its Property Management division.

If you have strong organizational skills, communicate clearly in writing and over the phone, and maintain your composure in a fast-paced environment, IPS offers the training and support to succeed.

If you have computer skills, like helping resolve problems, answer questions, and are detail oriented, we are anxious to talk to you.

Here is the full list of responsibilities:

· Handle homeowner inquiries, and assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise

· Maintain accurate homeowner information and payment records in our Vantaca system

· Answer inbound calls, determine action needed, and facilitate resolution

· Interact with other departments on assigned projects

· Perform data entry and maintain organized files and documentation

· Provide excellent customer service to community residents.

Skills required for this position:

· Conflict management: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

· Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once

· Proficient computer skills in data entry and record keeping

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
