Job description

Ready to break into sales and build a career with real growth potential? Cooperative Home Care is looking for driven, entry-level Community Liaison to join our team. You’ll be out in the field daily, building relationships with referral partners and promoting a full continuum of home healthcare services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people, this role is built for you.

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 (based on previous experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage accounts and build relationships 
  • Keep an accurate call log of all visits 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management (strongly preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
