Marketing and Communications Assistant Temporary full- time role Fully remote MUST be in PST time zone A well-known client is looking for a remote Sales Assistant to support the marketing communication s teams. . You'll sit within the Marketing & Communications function, but your day-to-day focus is supporting the sales team.

You take vague briefs, half-finished ideas, and last-minute requests — and turn them into clean, compelling materials that make salespeople look great in front of clients. You're organized where others aren't, calm when things move fast, and you genuinely enjoy getting things done. What You'll Actually Be Doing Serve as the primary marketing contact for the sales team — fielding requests, running brief sessions, and delivering polished collateral (presentations, proposals, leave-behinds, and more) Manage the full lifecycle of sales materials — from initial request all the way through to a final, approved, and filed deliverable Build clean, professional decks in PowerPoint and assemble materials in Canva using brand templates and guidelines Coordinate with external designers and creative suppliers — briefing clearly, following up reliably, and keeping things on track Support bids and proposals by pulling together credentials, case studies, and supporting materials using AI tools where appropriate Attend sales meetings and provide marketing support independently — no hand-holding required You're Probably a Great Fit If...
