Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with business and internal stakeholders to assess communications needs, recommend communications plans & solutions, secure necessary approvals, and create/deliver communication solutions that effectively support and address communications needs. Source content and feedback, assess information and translate thoughts into effective communications solutions. Deliver high quality communications solutions that target audiences can easily access, understand and act on, aligned with the company standards.

  • Develop our internal communication strategy. 
  • Partner with every department to gather information, understand priorities, and translate them into compelling, audienceappropriate communications
  • Build creative and compelling content to establish communications strategies that support business and leader's objectives, working across functions and regions to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent.
  • Support leadership in shaping communication strategies that reinforce organizational values and mission, reflect the organization's voice, and support its strategic objectives.
  • Prepare, write, edit, and proofread internal and external messages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a structured communications calendar to ensure timely, organized delivery of content for each department.
  • Coordinate messaging across teams to maintain consistency in tone, branding, and strategic direction.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and analytics.
  • Support business/group change management activities from a communications perspective.
  • Continuously monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score) and propose actions to inspire, engage and energize our employees
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually innovate communications.
Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of strategic concepts of Communication such as NPS, Company social identity and voice, brand, market and community awareness, among others
  • Help define the company's voice, tone and identity in all communication channels (Social Media, Blogs, Articles, Teams, Internal Comms, among others).
  • Experience supporting leaders with high degree of executive presence.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Diplomatic, proactive, agile and adaptable, with a positive demeanor.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships at all levels
  • Able to balance creativity with strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Champion DE&I Communication strategies aligned with the company's guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe and AI Tools to bring content to life.
