Dream Innovations is expanding our team in Memphis, TN and is looking for an outgoing, motivated Marketing and Communications Assistant to join us full-time. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in building hands-on experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, promotions, client relations, and professional development. No previous marketing or communications experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and team support to help new team members develop confidence communicating with customers, supporting marketing campaigns, and representing our clients professionally.


As a Marketing and Communications Assistant, you will work alongside our team to support local marketing initiatives, customer outreach, promotional campaigns, and client communication. This is a full-time, on-site position in Memphis with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, and team members.


Marketing and Communication Assistant Responsibilities

  • Support daily marketing, communications, and customer outreach campaigns
  • Communicate directly with customers and prospective customers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Provide clear information about client products, services, promotions, and current campaigns
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Help increase customer engagement and brand awareness
  • Answer questions and help customers identify products or services that fit their needs
  • Support campaign preparation, promotional materials, and on-site activities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, campaign activity, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members on campaign messaging and customer engagement strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
