Inside Turf Sales Representative
Atlantic Tractor -- John Deere Dealership

Newark, Delaware


Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inside Turf Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in business development with key accounts, fostering relationships with decision-makers, and driving sales growth within the turf product lineup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an excellent in-store experience by identifying customer needs and recommending the appropriate product.

  • Ensure the showroom and equipment lot is well organized with a professional appearance.

  • Develop strong product knowledge in the turf product lineup, including Commercial Mowers, Compact Tractors, and Residential Turf Products.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling John Deere turf products and aftermarket services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • Participate in trade shows, county fairs, and other promotional events that represent the company and may generate leads.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
