Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and driven Lawn Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with both new and existing customers to recommend lawn care, fertilization, weed control, and outdoor pest control services that keep lawns healthy, green, and beautiful.

What You'll Do
As a Lawn Care Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
  • Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
  • Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement
  • Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow territory revenue
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling
  • Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred
