The Regional Credit Supervisor is a leadership role within the regional credit team, reporting directly to the Regional Credit Manager (RCM). This position requires technical, analytical, and leadership skills and provides direct oversight and support for hiring, training, supervision and goals achievement of the Regional Credit Analysts and Assistants.

Our Regional Credit Supervisor:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the regional credit team ensuring well-researched credit line approvals/recommendations, timely collections, accurate customer account reconciliations, and achievement of team performance goals.
  • Provide system and credit/collections training to the regional credit team.
  • Ensure the regional credit team follows TTI Inc.'s credit & collections policies and procedures.

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute the weekly AR status report to the RCM and to sales management.



  • Manage deduction and collections issues escalated from the regional credit team informing Credit Team leadership of severe issues with a material impact on the Company.
  • Research and document customer credit, payment, and financial statement data for credit line approvals and recommendations.
  • Prepare performance reviews and establish individual team member goals.
  • Develop and recommend work process enhancements that lead to increased efficiencies and quality of work for the regional credit team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product teams.

  • Professionally escalate and communicate information and issues to the RCM or to other appropriate levels of management on a timely basis.

  • Support regional credit team and department projects as requested.



Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of five years' experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.

  • 1-3 years' experience supervising team members strongly preferred. Knowledge of accounting systems and accounts receivable preferred.

  • Experience supervising teams of three or more.
  • Experience working in commercial credit line approvals and customer collections.
  • Exposure to accounts receivable and/or basic accounting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial collections laws and practices.
  • Ability to read and analyze company financial statements.
  • Problem solving, analytical, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism is essential for interactions with customers, cross-functional teams, and management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, timely communications, and meeting of deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, accept interruptions, and work across teams with all levels of management.
  • An NACM certification is a plus.
  • Spanish language skill (oral and written) is a plus.
