Title and Summary
Manager, Data Integrations- Incentive Compensation Management
Overview
The Manager, Data Integrations - Sales Incentives Management & ICM will report to the Director, Strategy & ICM and will support data integrations and reconciliations from all source systems to our SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management system, including ownership of governance and controls.
The role will support:
• The strategic direction, operational efficiency, and roadmap for data integrations and integrity in support of the company's sales compensation, commissions, and variable pay programs.
• SAP ICM Operations: Data interface integration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Data interface enablement, configuration, testing, and go-live execution.
• Evaluation of data interfaces and/or system to system feeds for existing or potential acquisitions in support of sales incentive programs.
• Maintain configuration integrity, documentation, and knowledge management across source and target systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations (privacy, security, SOX where relevant), including access controls, role-based permissions, and audit readiness.
• Establish governance for compensation and quota cycles (calendar, cutoffs, signoffs, exception handling, and post-cycle retrospectives).
• Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure reliable interfaces across Workday, payroll, Oracle and Hyperion Financials, Salesforce, data lake/warehouse, and reporting tools.
All About You
• 8-10+ years leading data integrations across complex enterprise data environments preferably sales incentive management, territory and quota applications in a complex enterprise environment (SAP SuccessFactors, Anaplan, Varicent, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data availability to create appropriate direct connect or interface feeds between system environments.
• Solid grasp of integrations, data architecture concepts, identity/access controls, and reporting/analytics patterns.
• Strong understanding of data integrations, governance, and controls for pay-impacting systems and calculations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with P&C, Sales Excellence, Finance, and IT, including global stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated capability in roadmap prioritization, and product/service operating models.
• Proven success drawing insights from data and reflecting them into solutions and strategies.

Pay Ranges
Purchase, New York: $129,000 - $206,000 USD
