BUTET  is looking for a Sales Representative  (B2C) based in Ocala to cover the  territory of North Florida.

  • Prior successful field sales experience
  • Someone travel- ready with a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
  • A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
  • Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter

Sales Representative Mission:

  • Represent the brand at WEC Ocala (mandatory) throughout the show season, engaging with customers and driving  sales. 
  • Represent the BUTET brand and develop sales within the territory.
  • Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
  • Proactively prospecting and building new business opportunities.
  • Represent Butet at horse shows
  • Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

 Sales Representative Salary:
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions:

  • Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
  • Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission)
  • Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
