Firm: Escobar Law Firm Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Escobar Law Firm is a fast-growing, client-centered law practice based in Dallas, TX, specializing in personal injury and family law. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, results-driven legal representation and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and professional environment.

We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our pre-litigation team. This role is ideal for professionals with up to 3 years of experience who want to grow in a supportive, mission-driven firm where your work truly makes an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases starting with intake
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the pre-litigation department
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and informed
  • Coordinate medical treatment, records, and letters of protection
  • Request, review, and organize medical and billing records
  • Send initial correspondence and request open records as needed
  • Maintain organized and confidential case files using CasePeer case management software
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys
  • Keep clients updated on case progress and manage their appointments with the attorney
  • Assist in preparing documentation for demand packages

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
  • 1–2 years of experience in law, personal injury OR customer service in a legal setting
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CasePeer is a plus
  • A proactive team player who aligns with our core values: kindness, integrity, hard work, and collaboration
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Preferred but Not Required

  • Prior personal injury legal experience
  • Experience managing case documentation, medical records, and client intake
  • Some college coursework
