Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities, for the territory of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico.
What you'll be doing is...
Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you'll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to:
  • Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
  • Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
  • Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
  • Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

Requirements
Sales Representative Requirements:
  • Prior successful field sales experience is a plus, additional sales training will be provided
  • You have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the road
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and are a independent and dynamic person
  • You are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows

Sales Representative Benefits:
  • You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

Sales Representative Salary:
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions:
  • Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)
  • Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85K (including base & unlimited commission)
  • Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
