ABOUT THE ROLE

The Experience Specialist (ES) plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, safe, and joyful environment for all guests. This position is responsible for engaging with guests, maintaining the overall experience quality, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Color Factory’s values and artistic vision.

  • You possess a friendly and accessible disposition. Creates comfortable conditions to communicate, meet with, and share candid information.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs
