The Omnichannel Lead, Walmart plays a key role in driving B&G Food's omnichannel growth and maximizing retail media performance for Walmart. This position manages digital shelf content and product setup while developing and optimizing retail media campaigns through Walmart Connect. The role requires a balance of technical precision, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic problem-solving to deliver best-in-class online experiences for consumers.
Responsibilities:
  • Retail Media Execution (20%): Responsible for media and search optimization, creative briefs and assets, and managing campaign performance to drive omnichannel growth.
  • New Item Setup (10%): Complete setup in Supplier One for all new items in a timely manner with accurate product and marketing information.
  • New Item Launch (15%): Develop and implement marketing support plans to launch new products with conversion driving and brand awareness tactics.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization (15%): Lead post-program reporting, distilling learnings and recommending optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Budget Management (10%): Manage annual and account-level shopper marketing budget, ensuring investment is strategically allocated across tactics and brands.
  • Program Planning (10%): Support Sales in the development of customer-facing marketing plans and post-program recaps.
  • Digital Content Creation (10%): Partner with Marketing, Digital Merchandising, and Flywheel Content Studio teams to create eCommerce optimized imagery, copy, and brand messaging.
  • Digital Catalog Maintenance (10%): Ensure digital shelf content is accurate, complete, and meets Walmart's 95% content score requirement.

Experience, Skills, Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or shopper marketing required.
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf content syndication, retailer requirements, and online conversion principles.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated shopper marketing programs from concept to execution.
  • Experience with Supplier One, Syndigo, Walmart Connect, and Scintilla preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
