We're looking for a results-driven Branch Finance Manager to lead finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Get
  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do
  • Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
  • Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
  • Forecast performance metrics
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
  • Conduct interviews for potential finance employees

What We're Looking For
  • Consumer finance/collections leadership experience
  • Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) and Rent To Own (RTO) experience preferred
  • Subprime lending experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license

Schedule
  • No Sundays
  • 42-48 hours per week
  • Store Hours: 9AM-6PM (Tues/Wed), 9AM-7PM (Mon/Thurs/Fri), 9AM-5PM (Sat)
