Job description

Web Content & Ecommerce Coordinator

Role Summary

Bella Vita is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Web Content & Ecommerce Coordinator to help manage and elevate the customer experience across our website.

This role is focused on the presentation, organization, and upkeep of customer-facing web content - ensuring products, collections, landing pages, and merchandising remain visually compelling, accurate, and aligned with current marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate understands that in modern retail, the website is just as important as the sales floor. We're looking for someone who enjoys blending organization with creativity and takes pride in making online shopping experiences feel polished, inspiring, and easy to navigate.

This position is available in both Nashville and Memphis.

Primary Responsibilities

Website Merchandising & Content Management

• Upload and maintain website products including titles, descriptions, pricing, imagery, tags, and collections
• Organize products and collections to improve customer experience and product discovery
• Update homepage features, collection pages, landing pages, and seasonal content based on current campaigns and priorities
• Ensure products are visually presented in a clean, polished, and brand-consistent manner
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to keep online merchandising fresh and relevant
• Audit website content regularly for accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality

SEO & Ecommerce Optimization

• Execute foundational SEO updates including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and product tagging
• Follow internal SEO and content standards to support organic traffic growth
• Help improve collection organization and on-site searchability
• Identify missing information, broken links, inconsistencies, or customer-facing issues and proactively resolve them

Photography & Digital Asset Coordination

• Organize product imagery and digital assets for website use
• Ensure products have proper imagery, formatting, and visual consistency
• Assist in coordinating product launches, seasonal updates, and featured collections

Who Thrives in This Role (Please Read Carefully)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational side of ecommerce. People who succeed here tend to genuinely care about presentation, organization, and the customer experience.

You notice details other people miss.
You catch typos, inconsistent formatting, poor image crops, and missing information naturally. You care about how things look and function.

You enjoy making things feel polished.
This role is not just about uploading products. It's about helping create an online shopping experience that feels elevated, organized, and easy for customers to shop.

You're adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Retail moves quickly. Priorities shift. New products arrive constantly. We need someone who can stay organized while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

You're comfortable learning systems and technology.
You do not need to know every platform we use on day one, but you should be comfortable learning ecommerce tools, website platforms, and internal systems quickly.

You take ownership.
You don't wait to be told every small thing. You proactively notice opportunities for improvement and take pride in producing high-quality work.
