Join the Pre-Op Financial Services team at KOC in our Revenue Cycle Department, where we provide personalized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Pre-Op Collector who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and collecting on pre-surgical estimates for upcoming elective surgeries and procedures

  • Provide patients with information or requested documentation

  • Communicate with patients regarding any unpaid balances they owe, if any, on their account

  • Collect the amounts due in advance for their upcoming procedure

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office billing or similar

  • Experience with patient or customer collections

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently
