ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Sales Representative manages a defined territory in the Dayton, OH area by establishing and growing healthcare provider relationships while executing day-to-day territory responsibilities. This hands-on, field-based role combines account development, territory planning, order management, and patient support. You will guide orders from referrals through insurance approval, delivery, and onboarding, working closely with the Territory Manager and internal teams. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
โข Establish, manage, and grow new and existing healthcare accounts
โข Plan and organize territory workflow, scheduling, zoning, and progress reporting
โข Market pneumatic compression devices through prospecting, in-services, and relationship development
โข Collaborate with internal reimbursement and operations teams to drive order approval and completion
โข Educate referral sources on insurance requirements and approval processes
โข Provide consistent updates to providers on order status and next steps
โข Perform and/or oversee patient home deliveries, equipment trials, and product education
โข Execute daily field travel throughout the assigned territory
โข Attend trade shows and industry events as requested
โข Maintain accurate documentation in company systems
โข Uphold company Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions and responsibilities
โข Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
โข High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's preferred
โข Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance
โข Ability to drive extensively (often 6+ hours/day)
โข Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
โข Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
โข Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
โข Healthcare sales, DME, or insurance experience preferred
SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS
โข This position has no supervisory responsibilities
