Our offerings include cold plunge therapy, sauna sessions, compression therapy, and red light therapy, among others. We're dedicated to helping our members achieve their wellness goals in a supportive and rejuvenating environment.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a sales-oriented environment and is committed to promoting wellness and active lifestyles. As the first point of contact for potential members, your mission will be to inspire them to embark on their wellness journey with Augment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership sales through engaging consultations and tours of our facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective members, providing personalized recommendations based on their wellness goals.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and member interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall member experience and retention.
