A DAY IN THE LIFE IN THE RECOVERY LOUNGE

As the Receptionist at the Recovery Lounge, located within Summit Athletic Club on River Road amp; Sunset, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional experiences to our valued members. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include warmly greeting members, expertly scheduling appointments, and efficiently managing our point-of-sale system.

You will also maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, ensuring every chair, bed, and room is pristine after each use. Monitoring massage chair and compression therapy timers and assisting members with these cutting-edge recovery services will be key to enhancing their wellness journey.

Your passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask and stay organized will help you thrive in this role. Proficiency in calendar management and problem-solving is essential, along with a polished phone manner and familiarity with Google Drive, especially Docs and Sheets.

We value professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred, and any background in fitness or wellness services is a plus.
