Cold Caller For Staffing Company

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to support our staffing solutions business by generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and comfortable reaching out to businesses to introduce our recruitment and workforce services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (companies in need of staffing services)
  • Introduce and promote the company's staffing and recruitment solutions
  • Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development/Sales Representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email when necessary
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
