Experienced Coil Line Operator (Cut-to-Length / Slitting) 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM $24.00 - $36.00 Starting Hourly Wage (DOE) Monthly Bonus | Free Healthcare | 401(k) Match We are seeking an experienced Coil Line Operator to set up and operate cut-to-length and/or slitting lines in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for converting raw metal coils into precision-cut products that meet exact customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Red Bud Cut-to-Length or Slitter experience is strongly preferred and will qualify for higher starting pay. Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate coil processing equipment to meet precise customer specifications and quality requirements
  • Monitor line performance and ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality
  • Build, band, and package finished material according to detailed work orders
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to stage and transport material
  • Utilize ERP system to verify specifications and document production activity
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
  • Complete all production and quality documentation accurately and on time
