Job Details

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Coating Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team in Lincoln, AR. The Coating Machine Operator is responsible for operating printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing equipment, following production specifications, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate coating and other PCB manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Build products according to work instructions and production specifications.
  • Follow IPC-610 quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Perform routine machine setup and general machine maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain coating chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Complete parts requisitions and maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Inspect finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
