We are currently seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician / Coil Cleaner to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Position Summary

The Maintenance HVAC Technician / Coil Cleaner is responsible for assisting with preventative maintenance services, cleaning HVAC systems and coils, and supporting technicians with residential and light commercial service work. This position plays a vital role in helping customers maintain efficient, reliable heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of HVAC condenser and evaporator coils
  • Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and system tune-ups
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain HVAC equipment and components
  • Help identify maintenance issues and report findings to technicians
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with minor repairs and installation support as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes and businesses
  • Accurately document completed maintenance and cleaning services

Qualifications

  • Previous HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, construction, or related experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn HVAC maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
