The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals. This role includes machine setup, basic troubleshooting, quality inspections, and maintaining accurate production records. The Machine Operator supports continuous production flow and ensures all products meet company and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery effectively.
  • Adjust machinery settings to achieve daily output and quality goals.
  • Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Support continuous production flow.
