**Machine Operator **

Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Machine Operators who are eager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operations and comfortable working in a textile environment.

Machine Operator Highlights:

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines in a textile production environment
  • Removing yarn from creel
  • Preforming tie-out & end count change
  • Doffing section beams
  • Entering Specs into SES HMI
  • Knowledge of using a digital refractometer
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Inspect quality of products/ parts; notify supervisors of non-conformance issues
  • Meet production demands with regards to production volume and quality goals

Machine Operator Requirements:

  • Recent job-related experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work history
  • Flexibility in working hours including ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends
