Job description

CNC Machine Operator (Press Brake / Laser / Robotic Welding)

Location: Royston, Ga


Overview

We are currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for multiple production departments, including Press Brake, Laser Cutting, and Robotic Welding. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or fabrication experience who are looking to grow within a modern production environment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating CNC-controlled equipment in a fast-paced setting.


Open Positions

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC-controlled fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
  • Load materials and monitor machine operation during production runs
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance concerns when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and output goals


Qualifications
