Responsibilities:Utilize custom winding equipment to manufacture magnetic coil windingsPerform hand soldering of coil windings to create various chains of windingsPerform assembly process based off work instructions, hands on training, and using various hand toolsCommunicate with Team Leader, Supervsior, and co-workers in a respectful and professional mannerRead and interpret blueprint assembly drawings to wind, assemble, and hand solder the productRead and interpret manufacturing work instructions and assembly drawingsPerform basic PC functions for use with winding equipmentWilling and able to assist anywhere else in the same department or cross departmentally as needed to meet production goalsProvide written and oral communication among the production team(s)Support Manufacturing Engineering as needed or process development and documentation updatesPerform other duties as assignedTechnical knowledge:Effective problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret Engineering Assembly DrawingsAbility to read and interpret SOP's or Work InstructionsAbility to work within Windows based PC environment Working knowledge of Manufacturing Processes/Equipment Experience and Essential requirements:Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent5+ years' manufacturing assembly and/or machine operator experienceMust be able and willing to work in a team environmentStrong communication skillsMust be organized Must be able to multi-taskMechanical/electrical aptitude a plusMust be able to work afternoon shiftBenefits:Embark on a dynamic career with opportunities for advancement at Altronic.
